Email Notifications in Outlook

The system uses email as a method of notification when a work order request has been created. There is a feature in Outlook, enabled by default, that removes extra line breaks in e-mail messages. This feature can cause the email notification to appear misaligned. When the feature is disabled, the message will be displayed as designed.

To disable removal of extra line breaks:

1. Open Outlook.
2. From the File menu, select Options.
3. Click Mail.
4. Scroll down to the Message format pane.
5. Clear the Remove extra line breaks in plain text messages check box.
6. Click OK.
